Getting Settled

Hello everyone. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO sorry that I've been a lame blogger lately. We have been extremely busy with moving and getting everything/everyone settled. We're getting there. Slowly but surely getting there.

Since I last wrote we had clinic. It went well. There were no new changes which is always nice! Everyone was very pleased with her progress. That always makes this mommy happy! We start speech on Tuesday. She just needs a few sessions. Emma is such a parrot. Lately she's gained a few new words. They are juice which sounds like swoosh, (which is ADORABLE), Hi, momma, she knows how to say ssssshhhhh. LOL! She is a riot! She is such a funny happy go lucky girl.

Emma had to have a CT scan on July 21st. I could have sworn she was having a shunt malfunction. She was so fussy, and irritable, had an appetite that was coming and going. She just wasn't my little girl. The CT scan showed that everything was stable which is WONDERFUL. We saw Dr. Stevenson after her test and he was pleased with everything as well. He gave us his blessing to go on vacation which always makes me feel better about leaving cincy! We don't have to follow up with him until December.  All is well on our end. We hope you all are enjoying your summer!!!

Here are some pictures of my sweet little girl!
This was our first night in our new house!
